X7d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the x7d platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the x7d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
To use the x7d platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not an individual who has been restricted or prohibited from using online betting services by any relevant authority.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into and comply with a legally binding contract.
- Use the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
X7d reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the x7d platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without any refund of remaining balances.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- All activity carried out through your account is considered your own.
- Report any unauthorised access to the x7d support team immediately.
- Enable two-factor authentication for an added layer of security.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- X7d reserves the right to verify a user's identity via official documents prior to processing withdrawals.
- Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account settings section.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Users agree to use the x7d platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. Any misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
The following activities are prohibited on the x7d platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate the system or bets.
- Colluding with other users to defraud the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening or using an account on behalf of another person or business entity without authorisation.
- Exploiting any technical errors or odds inaccuracies for unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activities.
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or offensive content through any of the platform's communication channels.
X7d reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, confiscating balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the x7d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate and lawful sources in accordance with Malaysian law.
Deposit: Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank online banking, CIMB, RHB, and bank transfers via FPX. The minimum deposit is RM 10 for eWallet and RM 20 for bank transfers. x7d is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 business hours upon verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. All withdrawals will be credited to the bank account or eWallet registered under the user's name. x7d reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
Bonuses & Promotions: Any bonuses or promotions offered by x7d are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the promotions system may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
Tax: Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations applicable to winnings or income earned through the x7d platform under Malaysian law.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
X7d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, third-party actions, or betting outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. x7d's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the x7d platform are the exclusive property of x7d or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use any such content without prior written consent from x7d. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
X7d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any remaining balance. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through x7d's customer support channels.
The x7d platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. x7d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party provider before using their services.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
X7d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Continued use of the x7d platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the x7d platform shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or proceedings relating to this platform.
